According to the testing needs of different customers, the laboratory has developed a variety of sockets, testing fixtures, testing circuit boards and related software codes, which can cover various ADC, DAC, MCU, MPU, CPU, DSP, SOC, FPGA and other chip testing solutions.
The chip test fixture is designed and manufactured on the PCB test substrate and is used to test the electrical performance of the chip, such as integrated circuit chips and electronic components in various packages, CPUs, module core boards, etc. Chip testing plays an important role in the complete chip fabrication process, whether it is wafer level testing before die dicing or functional electrical testing after packaging, in order to screen out products with poor electrical properties to improve the shipment yield of chips. In addition, before the product is shipped, it is necessary to carry out additional relevant reliability verification, through the accelerated stress test, the life of the product in the actual application can be predicted, and the use of a short period of high temperature pre-burning can be used to screen out products with poor process or early death, so as to avoid deriving additional customer return costs. In order to be able to provide such conditions and test environments, it is necessary to projecting the test interface before each stage of the test.
